Sirkuflex Multi-Function Robot

Sirkuflex combines proven robotics with individualized software in order to simulate all real-world conditions in the climatic chamber. The robot system documents in real time and reliably checks the quality of components and vehicle systems under a wide range of conditions. The sirkuflex test unit consists of a flexible robot system and the graphically programmable software ACTERE. Individual parameterization of the test system allows unambiguous measurement, assessment and analysis in real time and leads to a 360 ° quality assessment. Touch Display Robots

With sirkuflex a touch display can be tested for the function of individual pressure points. The robot moves the entire display with slight pressure and increases it at selected points. Our software ACTERE provides precise and clear data for the evaluation of this test. The procedure can also be used, for example, when testing panels.

Sirkuflex places a special camera, which is protected against heat and cold by a tempered housing, in front of the display. This means that the display can be checked under extreme climatic conditions from different perspectives regarding the lighting performance.
